Is it possible to use MORPHEUS for any anesthetic technique?

Yes. All the anesthetic procedures accomplished with the conventional carpule can be done with MORPHEUS plus the advantage of control of application speed and pre-programmed dosage increasing significantly the safety's degree and comfort.

Is it necessary to use glass cartridge for safe Aspiration?

No. The automatic system of Aspiration is efficient and secure for any regular type of anesthesia cartridge.

Is there any risk for the glass cartridge to break when the chosen technique demands too much force for injection (as the cases of intra-ligament, palatine and intraosseous injections)?

No. Several studies with MORPHEUS demonstrated that, the injection speed, which is indicated particularly for more rigid tissues, the liquid permeates these sites totally. There is neither reflux nor pressure inside the cartridge; consequently, the applied dose is utilized completely.

Is MORPHEUS also indicated for Dental Pediatrics?

Yes. MORPHEUS has been demonstrating to be of great assistant to the professional in all the specialties, making his life easier in the anesthetic procedures. For the specific case of Dental Pediatrics, besides the conventional techniques, MORPHEUS offers two exclusive techniques - Pediatric Ca-Zoe and Pediatric ASAT - both aiming in increasing the degree of anesthetic effectiveness and impeding the unpleasant “bites” from anesthesia.

There is a traditional technical recommendation that as the needle touches the bone, one should pull back 1 millimeter to avoid tissue traumas. Why don’t make such recommendation in the case of the Ca-Zoe and ASAT Techniques?

It is known that the tissue traumas resulting from injections with conventional Carpule in the areas of the periosteum happens because the carpule lacks conditions to better control the speed and the force to inject the anesthetic liquid, which, then, accumulates at the place, pressing and provoking the traumatic disconnection of the periosteum.

Being the speeds of MORPHEUS intentionally slower, wouldn’t the anesthetic applications be too slow?

No. Although the speeds of MORPHEUS are slower, since the dose is very smaller, the applications’ time turns, on average, equivalent to the time for applications done with carpule. Allowing the anesthetic's placement directly in the target, MORPHEUS achieves the desired anesthetic effect with a minimum dose of drug, much smaller than the conventional ones.

Does Morpheus have scientific basis?

The conception of MORPHEUS had its basis on the concepts of Anesthesiology Science that is very clear in pointing the importance of the "control of the application speed" and of the “choice of the smaller effective dose". Such concepts were set down theoretically and are thoroughly known by the professional class, however, before MORPHEUS, one had just the old carpule to try to apply them in practice. The first scientific works already developed with MORPHEUS by renowned institutions have been proving the importance of the precision in the control of doses and speeds for the study and formulations of appropriate dosages to the patient's conditions.

Does Morpheus have warranty?
Yes. Meibachtech offers 1 year-warranty for MORPHEUS, under the Term of Warranty conditions.
